Job Description

BESTAFF is seeking a highly detail-oriented and organized Administrator to support our fitting and order validation operations. This role is primarily computer-based (approximately 90%), with occasional hands-on responsibilities validating customer orders (approximately 10%). The ideal candidate will have strong administrative experience, excellent customer service skills, and prior exposure to Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
M-F7: 00AM-4: 30PM $55K-$65K salary
Key Responsibilities
  • Accurately process and manage fitting-related documentation and customer orders
  • Maintain up-to-date records within the Warehouse Management System (WMS)
  • Ensure all fitting and order information is correctly entered and compliant with company standards
  • Validate orders prior to dispatch to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Communicate professionally with customers and internal teams to resolve order queries
  • Support compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures
  • Assist with general administrative duties as required
Key Requirements
  • Previous experience in an administrative or office support role
  • Strong working knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Fluent in spoken and written English
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong understanding of compliance and process adherence
