Job Description

                          Client Account Manager - Greenfield, Indiana$17/hr 8am-4:30pm Monday-Friday 
 Job Responsibilities
  • Handle inquiries and requests from an assigned customer book of business and address their needs.
  • Ensure customers receive services that are within budget and meet their needs.
  • Meet regularly with other team members to discuss progress and find new ways to improve business.
  • Generate progress reports for clients and senior leaders within the organization.
  • Identify upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities and communicate with the sales team regularly.
  • Provide accurate and timely data entry of shipping and receiving information for single and/or multiple clients.
  • Generate reports and paperwork from WMS necessary for client work orders.
  • Run stock reports to check for product availability.
  • Picking, packaging, and shipment of sample requests from the client.
  • Other duties as assigned.
 Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Internship or professional experience in a sales or customer service role.
  • Ability to multitask and juggle several responsibilities simultaneously.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
  • Ability to effectively communicate in English, written and oral.  Bilingual skills are a plus.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications.
  • WMS/ERP System functions
  • Ability to perform duties with minimal supervision.
  • Must be able to effectively adapt to change and excel in a stimulating, fast-paced environment.
