Job Description
Corrugator Operator
As a Corrugator Operator, you will play a crucial role in our manufacturing process, operating specialized machinery to produce the corrugated cardboard that is the foundation of our packaging solutions. Your attention to detail and technical expertise will ensure the consistent quality and efficiency of our production.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain corrugating machinery to produce corrugated cardboard sheets
- Monitor machine performance and make adjustments as needed to maintain optimal production
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on the corrugating equipment
- Collaborate with the production team to identify and implement process improvements
- Adhere to all safety protocols and environmental regulations
Qualifications:
- Experience as a machine operator or in a similar industrial role
- Proficiency in operating and maintaining industrial machinery
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- High school diploma or equivalent
Working Conditions:
This position is based in our manufacturing facility and will involve working in an industrial setting. The work schedule may include shifts, weekends, and overtime as needed to meet production demands. The physical requirements include standing for extended periods, lifting up to 50 lbs, and exposure to noise, dust, and other environmental factors.
Compensation and Benefits:
We offer a competitive hourly rate of $20 per hour.
