Park 100 area- $16/hr! 8-4:30 Monday-Friday
The Customer Service Associate is the first point of contact for our customers. This person is responsible for maintaining excellent service through all channels of communication and must be competent in data entry, prioritizing, time management, follow through, trouble shooting, and be willing to do various other duties within the department. The overall goal is to deliver the highest quality and professional service to our customers.JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

The overall goal is to deliver the highest quality and professional service to our customers.JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- answering/returning phone calls and emails in a timely manner
- Work with third-party service providers such as UPS and USPS to file claims, update addresses, troubleshoot tracking issues.
- Quickly learn and master WMS systems and external TMS and EDI systems
- Prepare and organize documents and projects according to stringent compliance requirements
- Proactively contacting customers with updates (delays, special issues, etc.) via phone calls or emails
- Log billing data for special services provided for compliance orders and special projects
- Assist in problem solving with the Warehouse
- Assist with packing and shipping of orders, if needed during peak work loads
- Communicate with customers as needed to investigate missing product/short shipments and/or damaged items.
