CORRUGATOR SUPERVISOR — 2ND SHIFTJeffersonville, Indiana | Full-Time
2nd Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM | Reports To: Operations Manager
ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
This is a great opportunity to join a privately owned manufacturer in Jeffersonville, Indiana as a 2nd Shift Corrugator Supervisor. We're looking for a proven production leader — someone who has run a shift, owned results, and led a crew with real accountability. If your corrugator experience is at the operator or trainer level, this role is not the right fit. We already have strong internal candidates with hands-on experience. For an external hire, we need someone who brings a higher level of demonstrated supervisory ownership.

WHAT THIS ROLE OWNS
- Full shift accountability — production output, crew performance, safety, and quality from 2 PM to 10 PM
- Supervision of corrugator operators, stacker personnel, and support staff
- Safety compliance and enforcement — you set the standard, and you hold it
- Production monitoring — downtime, waste, quality, and throughput are on your watch
- Attendance, conduct, and performance management — consistent, fair, documented
- Coordination with maintenance on equipment issues and repairs
- Shift reporting — production logs, downtime reports, and leadership handoffs
- Training and coaching employees on job performance and safety expectations
- Clear communication with oncoming supervisors and management across all shifts
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

- Proven corrugator supervisory experience — not just time on the machine, but time running the shift
- Demonstrated ownership of production metrics: output targets, quality standards, waste reduction, downtime
- Experience managing crews at scale — leading a team, not working alongside one
- Stability in similar roles — we value tenure and consistency in manufacturing leadership
- A track record of holding people accountable — fairly, directly, and without hesitation
- Strong knowledge of corrugator operations, equipment, safety, and quality standards
- Comfort with conflict — addressing attendance, conduct, and performance issues on the floor
- Basic computer skills for reporting and communication
- Willingness and availability to work 2nd shift consistently
