Router OperatorShift: 3:30 PM – 12:00 AM
Pay Rate: $17.65 per hourBESTAFF is seeking a reliable and safety-focused Router Operator to join our team on second shift in the Jeffersonville area. This is a full-time opportunity for individuals who are comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and are committed to quality and productivity.Key Responsibilities

This is a full-time opportunity for individuals who are comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and are committed to quality and productivity.Key Responsibilities
- Operate and understand the safe use of a hand router
- Perform general machine maintenance and follow all safety procedures
- Place finished goods on designated pallets
- Meet and maintain acceptable production levels
- Inspect materials and report defective or questionable items to the supervisor
- Notify supervisor of mechanical or material issues
- Follow lockout-tagout safety procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Accept and receive supervision and assistance with machine setup as needed
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- At least 1 year of factory or manufacturing experience preferred
- Basic understanding of machine functions
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Strong attention to quality and time management
- Airborne particles
- Moving mechanical parts
- Vibration
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Frequent walking, reaching, stooping, kneeling, and crouching
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 100 pounds
- Good close vision, color vision, peripheral vision, and ability to adjust focus
- Full-time
- Monday through Friday
- 3:30 PM – 12:00 AM
- Overtime available based on company needs
