NOW HIRING — 2ND SHIFTRouter Operator2nd  Shift  •   Light Industrial /  Manufacturing  •  $17.65/hr PAY RATE$17.65/hrSCHEDULE2nd ShiftHOURS3: 30p – 12aDAYSMon – Fri The OpportunityBESTAFF is hiring a Router Operator for a steady, full-time, 2nd-shift role with a manufacturing partner. This is a great fit for someone who takes pride in quality work, follows safety protocols, and wants consistent Monday– Friday hours with their mornings free.In this role, you' ll operate a hand router, support a clean and safe work area, and help keep production moving. Familiarity with basic machine operation, general maintenance, and safety features is required.Essential Functions
  • Place finished goods on the designated pallet.
  • Meet and maintain acceptable production levels.
  • Detect and report defective materials or questionable conditions to the department supervisor.
  • Notify the supervisor of any mechanical or material issues.
  • Understand and follow lockout-tagout safety procedures.
  • Maintain the work area and equipment in a clean, orderly condition and follow all prescribed safety regulations.
  • Accept and receive frequent supervision and assistance with machine set-up.
  • Demonstrate familiarity with basic machine functions to safely and effectively complete tasks.

  • Stand for long periods of time.
  • Frequently walk, reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel, and crouch.
  • Lift and/or move up to 100 pounds.
  • Close vision, color vision, peripheral vision, and the ability to adjust focus.
  • Frequent exposure to airborne particles, moving mechanical parts, and vibration.
ScheduleFull-time  •  Monday –  Friday  •   40 hours/week2nd Shift: 3: 30 p.m. – 12: 00 a.m. (Midnight)Overtime offered based on company need.Preferred Education & Experience
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • 1 year of factory-related experience.
