Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Corrugator Supervisor to lead operations on 2nd shift. This role is responsible for supervising the corrugator crew, ensuring safe and efficient production, maintaining quality standards, and enforcing company policies and expectations during off-shift operations.This position requires a hands-on leader who can manage people, drive accountability, and keep production moving safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and lead corrugator operators, stacker personnel, and support staff
- Ensure safe work practices and compliance with all safety policies and procedures
- Monitor production performance, downtime, quality, and waste
- Enforce attendance, conduct, and performance expectations consistently
- Coordinate with maintenance on equipment issues and repairs
- Complete shift reports, production logs, down time reports, and basic information
- Train and coach employees on job performance and safety expectations
- Communicate effectively with management across all shifts to ensure continuity
- Prior corrugator or corrugated manufacturing experience required
- Previous supervisory or lead experience strongly preferred
- Strong understanding of corrugator operations, safety, and quality standards
- Ability to lead in a fast paced manufacturing environment
- Comfortable enforcing policies and addressing performance or attendance issues
- Basic computer skills
- Willingness to work 2nd Shift (2 pm to 10 pm)
