Job Description
BESTAFF is hiring for two Roll Form Operators for 2nd shift! Starting pay is $17.50/hr. Customer is willing to train!A roll forming operator sets up, operates, and maintains machinery that shapes metal or other materials into specific profiles. Key responsibilities include machine setup, monitoring performance, performing quality control checks, making adjustments for precision, and performing routine maintenance. This role requires strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and safety awareness to ensure production goals are met while adhering to industry standards.

- Machine setup and operation: Set up and operate roll forming machines, including changing dies and adjusting equipment for different products.
- Quality control: Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards, checking for things like width and length.
- Machine monitoring and adjustment: Monitor machine performance and make adjustments to settings to maintain dimensional tolerances and troubleshoot issues.
- Maintenance: Perform routine and scheduled maintenance on the machinery, keeping logs of all work performed.
- Material handling: Move raw materials and assist with packaging, boxing, and labeling finished products. Record keeping: Fill out required paperwork, such as coil tags, and report labor tracking.
