Bilingual Forklift Operator
Job Description
BESTAFF is seeking a reliable and safety-focused Bilingual Sit-down Forklift Drivers / Pallet Rider Operators to join our team in Plainfield, IN. This position is critical to ensuring the efficient flow of products in our warehouse and distribution operations. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Monday - Friday 8:00 AM-4:30PM$15.00 hourly Will take Spanish Only or Fluent Spanish and English

Key Responsibilities
- Safely operate sit-down forklifts and pallet riders to load, unload, move, and stage products.
- Transport pallets and materials throughout the warehouse to designated areas.
- Perform product picking, staging, and stacking with accuracy.
- Inspect equipment before use and report any maintenance or safety concerns.
- Follow safety protocols and warehouse procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
- Assist with general warehouse duties, including inventory control, as needed.
- Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet daily production and shipping goals.
- Previous experience operating sit-down forklifts and/or pallet riders in a warehouse environment.
- Valid forklift certification preferred (or ability to obtain certification upon hire).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand/walk for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Warehouse setting with exposure to varying temperatures.
- May involve overtime, weekends, or flexible shifts based on operational needs.
