Job Description

BESTAFF in Whitestown is seeking a dependable and safety-minded Machine Operator / Production Associate to support our manufacturing operations. This role is responsible for operating production machinery, ensuring high-quality output, and maintaining a safe, efficient work environment. Pay Rate: $19.00 hourlyMonday-Thursday 6am-4: 30PM
Key Responsibilities

Operate production equipment and machinery used in gutter system manufacturing
Load raw materials into machines and monitor production output
Perform routine quality inspections to ensure products meet specifications
Measure, cut, and assemble materials as needed
Adjust machine settings to maintain proper operation
Maintain accurate production and safety standards throughout the shift
Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety requirements
Assist with packaging, labeling, and staging finished products
Report equipment malfunctions, defects, or safety concerns to supervisors

Qualifications & Skills

High school diploma or GED preferred
Manufacturing or production experience required
Strong attention to detail and quality – must be detail-oriented
Safety-first mindset and ability to follow all safety policies and procedures
Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
Dependable attendance and ability to work well on a team
Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
Roll Form machine experience is a plus

Work Environment

Manufacturing/production facility
Fast-paced setting with standing, bending, lifting, and repetitive motion
Exposure to noise, dust, and moving machinery

Schedule & Pay (Customize as needed)

Full-time, Monday– Friday
Overtime may be available
Competitive hourly pay based on experience
