The role of the Merchandiser is to execute business growth strategies through planning and center-store merchandising to align key customers. Duties include inventory management, new/innovation item introductions, stock rotation evaluations & assistance, store layout alignment with consumer foot traffic models, point of sale placement and managing dated product & credit requests. The Merchandiser role acts as an extension of the customer’s business throughout the Merchandising Reset cycle. This role will work closely with all levels of the Sales Department and reports directly to the Merchandising Supervisor.

$18.25/hr Temporary to Hire
The role of the Merchandiser is to execute business growth strategies through planning and center-store merchandising to align key customers. Requirements:
- Merchandising experience is preferred
- Proven Teamwork and problem-solving skills sets
- Organization, ability to work in a team environment and lead by example
- Dependable, good communicator organized and detailed.
- Customer Facing – Good Customer service skills.
- Mobility – Must be able to move up and down lifting and organizing. No more than 50 lbs, and most of the items are less than 10 lbs.
