Job Description

Customer Service Order Management Specialist 
Excellent opportunity at a medical device warehouse supporting the account management team!  This position requires supply chain experience as well as customer service experience.
$19.50/hr  Here’s what you will need:
  • Minimum of 2 year's experience in data entry and/or customer service
  • Customer service and order processing experience desired
  • Skilled in Windows, Microsoft Office, Intuitive ERP and Master Shipper
  • Detailed oriented with a history of accurate and efficient data entry skills
  • Be able to follow and establish procedures, ability to multi-task, stay focused and operate under pressure
  • Can work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communications skills are needed to effectively work with departments to support Account Management fully
  • High school graduate with some college preferred
 You will be responsible for:
  • Data entry (item cards, sales order cards, work orders, purchase orders, Master Shipper order entry)
  • Supporting Account Managers with month-end activities or other administrative requirements as needed
  • Following procedures and work instructions as applicable
  • Working collaboratively with your supervisor on work statuses and process improvement suggestions
  • Monitor and verify order accuracy, pricing, and availability of product
  • Communicate with customers and other relevant departments to address order inquiries, resolve issues, and provide order status updates. Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism. 
  • Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure products are available for timely order fulfillment. Coordinate with inventory and procurement teams to replenish stock as needed.
  • Maintain accurate and organized records of all orders, invoices, and related documents. Ensure compliance with record-keeping requirements.
  • Continuously evaluate and streamline order management processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy. Implement best practices and automation where possible.
  • Follow-up on production workorders, receipts, procurement, returns, and MDRs as needed
  • Update client information in the CRM (Sage)
  • Maintain accurate information in ERP, including correct item master set-up for each product.
  • Resolve customer issues in a timely manner
