About the RoleBESTAFF is hiring a Palletizer for a growing manufacturing facility in New Albany, IN. You'll play a key role in getting finished seed product ready for shipment — stacking, wrapping, labeling, and staging pallets so production keeps moving. If you're dependable, detail-oriented, and don't mind a fast pace, this is a great way to put in solid hours and build warehouse experience.What You'll Do
  1. Operate palletizing equipment and/or manually stack product onto pallets following stacking patterns and requirements.
  2. Apply pallet wrap, corner boards, slip sheets, and labels to secure loads for transport.
  3. Verify product counts, lot numbers, labels, and packaging quality before staging.
  4. Use pallet jacks and/or forklifts (if certified) to move finished pallets to staging or warehouse locations.
  5. Maintain production pace to prevent line backups; communicate issues to your line lead or supervisor.
  6. Inspect pallets and packaging materials for damage; remove nonconforming pallets from service.
  7. Keep the palletizing area clean and organized — sweep up debris, dispose of wrap, and keep walkways clear.
  8. Follow safety and PPE requirements, including precautions for working around seed treatment and coating materials.
  9. Assist with basic troubleshooting of palletizer and line equipment; report mechanical issues promptly.
  10. Support general warehouse tasks as needed, including loading materials, staging, and inventory support.
What You Bring
  1. Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and stand or walk for long periods.
  2. Comfortable working in a production/warehouse environment (noise, dust, and temperature variations).
  3. Basic math skills for counting and verifying quantities.
  4. Dependable attendance and the flexibility to work scheduled shifts plus frequent overtime.
  5. Forklift certification or prior forklift experience preferred.
  6. Prior palletizing, packaging, or warehouse experience preferred.
