Job Description
BESTAFF is hiring in Owensboro, Kentucky!
Production Openings! $13.00/hr to start1st shift 7:00am-3:30pm Monday-Friday
Locally owned manufacturer adding production associates! Great temporary to hire opportunity to join a growing private company.
Key Responsibilities: • Operate machinery and equipment used in the manufacturing of windows and doors. • Use air-powered and hand tools to assemble products according to specifications. • Accurately read and interpret tape measures, blueprints, and work orders. • Perform heavy lifting and material handling to transport products and components. • Inspect finished products to ensure they meet company quality standards. • Maintain a clean and organized work environment. • Adhere to all safety guidelines and procedures. • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to achieve production goals. • Assist in other areas of the production process as needed.
Basic Requirements: • High school diploma or equivalent. • Must be 18 years or older. • Ability to accurately read and use a tape measure. • Experience operating machinery and air-powered tools. • Physical ability to perform heavy lifting and stand for extended periods. • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work. • Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team. • Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies. • Basic math skills for measuring and calculating materials.
