Production Supervisor- 2nd Shift 2:20pm-11:30pm M-F
Excellent opportunity for an experienced production supervisor! Looking for a leader that can build out processes for a growing organization.
We are looking to fill a new position, Production Floor Supervisor. This position will be a temp-to-hire, salaried position. Necessary Qualifications

We are looking to fill a new position, Production Floor Supervisor. This position will be a temp-to-hire, salaried position. Necessary Qualifications
- Prior supervisory experience in distribution, 3PL, fulfillment (in a facility that does business akin to Draco’s)
- Experience supervising a staff of 40+ associates
- Ability to multi-task (staff management, reporting, supervising multiple projects occurring at the same time)
- Knowledge of software and computer systems (WMS, Microsoft Office, especially Outlook and Excel)
- Ability to write procedures and work instructions
- Ability to train, supervise, discipline associates
- Knowledge of contract packaging/fulfillment
- Knowledge of time studies and layout development/improvement
- Knowledge of distribution/3PL/fulfillment equipment
- Must be able to implement and enforce safety protocols, including SQF standards
- Must have a sense of urgency to complete all projects and reports on tight deadlines
- Must be able to communicate in English (written and oral) – would prefer a bilingual candidate that could communicate with all levels of employees
