Job Description
Bestaff is seeking top talent near the Southwest side of Indianapolis. We are seeking a Production Team Lead with 1-3 years of experience needed! • Earn up to $18.50 per hour • 2nd shift 4:00pm-12:30am • Days Worked Monday to Friday
Some of your daily tasks as a Production Team Lead will include: • Motivation of team• Production goals • Training current and new team members
Preferred Skills: • Able to work in a team environment. Essential Skills and Qualifications: • Reliable transportation • Lift up to 15lbs • Walk, stand, and / or sit for an entire shift • Grasp, grip, reach, pull, push, bend, squat, kneel, or balance • Work well with others in a team environment • Arrive at work on time • Must be flexible with schedule
