This is more than answering phones — you'll be the first face and voice our partner's visitors and team members experience every day. If you're organized, personable, and take pride in a job well done, this temp-to-hire opportunity offers a great working environment and a clear path to a permanent role.What You'll Do
- Greet visitors, vendors, and employees with a warm, professional welcome at the front lobby desk
- Answer and direct incoming calls, emails, and general inquiries
- Sign in visitors and issue badges according to building security procedures
- Order and maintain office and front-desk supplies
- Walk the building perimeter throughout the day to confirm doors are closed and secured
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming lobby area
- Support administrative tasks as needed for the front office
- Prior receptionist, front desk, or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication skills and a professional, business casual appearance
- Reliable, punctual, and comfortable being the face and voice of the company
- Ability to walk the building periodically throughout the shift
- Basic computer and phone system skills
