Job Description
BESTAFF is looking for an experienced RMA Clerk. The RMA will manage, process, and perform all return transactions including receiving returns to stock and put way. Manage and control return and QA hold inventory accuracy through weekly physical counts. Assist Warehouse & Distribution Manager and inventory analyst with inventory management and accuracy. Support and assist with all operation projects and special assignments.Support and assist all Warehouse and Fulfillment functions; Receiving, Receiving Incoming Inspection, Inventory

- Responsible for return processing, physically and systematically, through the Return Management System.
- Responsible for RMA inventory and be able to manage and control returns through return program.
- Responsible for monitoring and managing return disposition daily as required by the process and based on clients’ disposition requirements
- Manage all return transactions including monitoring daily transactions for accuracy
- Responsible for managing QA Hold inventory and QA Hold transactions
- Generate cycle count reports and RMA reports
- On time Return receiving, physical handling, and disposition
- Perform data entry for cycle counts and returns on daily basis
- Responsible for updating and monitoring Return Database
- Manage, update, and keep all return records
- Support and assist Warehouse and Distribution Manager with operations projects, special assignments and order processing including quotes
- Support and assist Warehouse and Distribution Manager with company quality objectives and department goals and metrics; develop and use collaborative relationships to accomplish department goals
- Support all operations projects including ESA Fulfillment project as needed
- Support warehouse Inventory Analyst and personnel in cycle counts, and physical counts
- Support receiving personnel in incoming inspection
- Responsible for overall inventory accuracy
- Support Warehouse and Distribution Manager to control the flow of materials in and out of the warehouse
- Support and assist Warehouse and Distribution Manager to maintain excellent control of returns, inventory accuracy, company quality objectives, department goals and metrics, Incoming Receiving Inspection, Fulfillment operations and Order processing
- Ability to maintain a strong relationship and communicate with Account Management and other teams to understand their needs
- Completes month-end close to provide timely information for billing to the Account Managers for month end close as required
- Support Warehouse and Distribution Manager to maintain excellent warehouse management standards
- Maintain overall cleanliness of the warehouse
- Perform daily tasks with considerations of waste minimization, and other environmental considerations
- Adhere to the environmental policy and be aware of significant environmental impacts related to job
- Support the Environmental Management System (EMS) implementation as directed by the supervisor
- Inform the supervisor regarding any accidents or nonconformities that may affect the environment and, if possible, report any environmental nonconformity using the CAPA system
- Provide suggestions for improving the EMS to the supervisor, management or by using the suggestion box
- Will be required to perform other duties as requested, directed or assigned
- Must be able to move around freely in the facility and lift samples up to 30 lbs.
- Must have excellent eyesight
- Must be able to work with phone and extensively with computer
