Job Description
BESTAFF is hiring a Quality Inspector (Talley) in the Jeffersonville area. The Talley will support daily manufacturing operations by assisting with machine operation, material handling, quality checks, and maintaining a clean, safe workspace. This role is ideal for someone who is dependable, safety-minded, and excited to learn new skills in a fast-paced production environment.
Third Shift 10p-6am Sunday night through Thursday night$18.50 hourly with possible OT.

Key Responsibilities
- Operate or assist with operating production equipment such as corrugators, die cutters, or folder-gluers
- Stack, bundle, or palletize finished corrugated products
- Inspect materials and products for quality, accuracy, and compliance with specifications
- Feed raw materials into machines and ensure consistent workflow
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation according to company safety standards
- Follow all plant safety rules, lockout/tagout procedures, and personal protective equipment (PPE) requirements
- Assist team members and supervisors with additional tasks as needed
- Report equipment issues or safety concerns promptly
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- Previous experience in manufacturing, warehouse, or industrial production (a plus, but not required)
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Reliable attendance and willingness to work overtime when needed
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
