Warehouse Supervisor - Greenfield
Salaried position - 8am-5pm M-F
Job Description Summary: The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for assisting in all areas of daily operations of shipping, receiving, and inventory operations.
Specifically, we are looking for a hands-on supervisor who monitors employees, plans, and assigns work, implements policies and procedures, and recommends improvements in operation methods, equipment, procedures and working conditions. This position must maintain the highest standard of quality, integrity, and safety in all areas of the warehouse operation.
The ideal candidate will need to assure shipping and receiving schedules are met in a timely and efficient manner. You will be responsible for the warehouse operations and oversee a staff of 10 to 15 forklift operators and inventory staff. The goal is to ensure the warehouse operations deliver products of maximum quality in a profitable manner. This position reports to the Operations Manager.
