Job Description
Our client is seeking skilled Welders/Fabricators for 1st and 2nd shift.Temp To Hire OpportunityMust be willing to work overtime
The ideal candidate will have experience in welding, cutting, and fabricating metal components for industrial or construction projects. They should be detail-oriented and able to work from blueprints or technical drawings to produce high-quality results.

The ideal candidate will have experience in welding, cutting, and fabricating metal components for industrial or construction projects. They should be detail-oriented and able to work from blueprints or technical drawings to produce high-quality results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welding & Fabrication: Weld and fabricate metal components according to specifications, using various welding techniques (MIG, TIG, CNC, and stick welding).
- Blueprint Interpretation: Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and blueprints.
- Safety Compliance: Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to safety standards and company policies.
- Equipment Maintenance: Operate and maintain welding and fabrication equipment, including grinders, torches, and plasma cutters.
- Quality Control: Inspect welds and finished products to ensure quality and conformance with specifications.
- Collaboration: Work closely with team members and supervisors to complete projects within specified timelines.
- Experience: Proven experience as a Welder/Fabricator, preferably in a similar industry
- Certifications: AWS or other relevant welding certifications preferred
- Skills: Proficiency in various welding techniques, with strong attention to detail
- Physical Ability: Ability to lift heavy materials and work in physically demanding environments
- Problem Solving: Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Must be willing to work 40 plus hours per week
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must demonstrate safe work habits
